About Auracio
A conviction forged by 25 years of experience.
Auracio was born from a simple observation: too many companies endure their IT instead of steering it. We believe that deliberate architecture is the best business accelerator — and that it takes both strategic vision and technical precision.
The founder
"Industrialise AI in IT, from idea to production. People and tooling augmented by AI agents, end-to-end."
25 years building software products and steering IT transformations in international settings (France, Switzerland, Singapore) — SaaS & IoT/Edge publishing, TOGAF enterprise architecture, applied AI programmes, interim management and change leadership.

Achievements
Four arenas where I create value.
Four complementary dimensions, proven in SaaS software publishing, large enterprises and interim management.
Transformation
April Technologies — insurance
Digitised policy administration and customer relationship processes by introducing a PEGA BPM/CRM (Gartner Magic Quadrant leader). Built a PEGA centre of excellence, deployed Agile in product mode and industrialised the application maintenance — 400 CRM agents impacted.
Enterprise architecture
BeeBryte — energy / IoT
Built a full process map following TOGAF / ArchiMate principles (SixSigma approach, ISO 9001 / 27001 target) — moving from "what" (business needs) to "how" (technical building blocks). IT/OT alignment, ERP+CRM selection via RFQ and three centres of excellence (Atlassian, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
Scale-up
BeeBryte (energy start-up) · Sicap (SaaS publisher)
BeeBryte: built a product R&D team from scratch (Discovery → Run) across three sites (Lyon, Rennes, Singapore), on a SaaS IIoT/Edge/AI platform. Sicap: scaled from start-up stage (Swapcom) to industrialisation within Swisscom, reaching 20 engineers and 60 worldwide telecom-operator customers.
Interim management
April Technologies — insurance
18-month interim mission running a BPM/CRM transformation programme: team management (30 people + Polish TMA), outcomes-based commitments on build/run deliverables and systematic skills transfer to the in-house team before handover.
